Terms of service

1. General provisions
The service provider is Syty Obiad x Na Paterze, operating under the brand "Syty Obiad x Na Paterze", based in Bydgoszcz, VAT ID: [to be completed], hereinafter the "Provider".

These terms set out the rules for catering services and the organisation of special events.
2. Scope of services
The Provider offers: special-event catering, corporate catering, event organisation (in a venue for up to 40 guests and outdoors), and finger food / partybox with delivery.
The detailed scope, menu and equipment are agreed individually and confirmed in the contract.
3. Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry can be made via the website form, by e-mail or by phone. Making an enquiry is free and non-binding.
Based on the enquiry the Provider prepares a free, non-binding quote. The quote is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
4. Contract and payment
The contract is concluded once both parties confirm the scope of service, date and price, and the deposit is paid where required.
To reserve a date the Provider may charge a deposit. The remaining fee is due by the date stated in the contract. A VAT invoice is issued on request.
5. Performance of the service
The Client confirms the final number of guests at least 7 days in advance. Products are prepared in line with hygiene rules and sanitary regulations.
Equipment provided by the Provider remains its property and must be returned undamaged.
6. Changes and cancellation
Changes to the scope are possible by agreement and may affect the price. Cancellation requires written or electronic form.
On cancellation, the deposit may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred by the Provider.
7. Complaints
Complaints should be reported promptly, ideally within 7 days of the service, to konradataman3@gmail.com. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days.
8. Personal data and final provisions
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
The Provider may amend these terms; contracts concluded earlier are governed by the wording in force on their conclusion date.
